Party Time

Congratulations! You've made it this far, you've got your box and you're ready to go. But there's still more to do!

This is about the experience as well as the amazing food, so we've humbly made some suggestions for how you might enjoy it with some drink recommendations, a Spotify playlist and a handy little instructional video.

But first of all, here's a handy video for how to cook your dim sum in the steamer:

First things first, you look thirsty, you need a drink in that hand. Dim sum is a salty little so and so and nothing goes better with it than beer. Nice cold beer.

We would recommend Samuel Adams Boston Lager - it'll hold its own against these little dumplings, show them who's boss.

Failing that a good ale would be ideal - either a Wherry from the lush plains of Norfolk or it's far flung cousin, Doombar from cornwall. Either of those would be amazing. 

If beer isn't your thing then a glass of dry white wine would do the trick nicely.
