How It Works
1. THE AGONY OF CHOICE
Opt for one of our set dim sum boxes. All come with a selection of dim sum, dipping sauces, sticky rice, edamame beans, chopsticks and our Slaw Tang.
2. BULK IT UP
Our boxes are the perfect sizes for 2 people. But if you're feeling extra hungry, want some to save for another time or just fancy trying a few more dishes, we offer a ton of extras to add on as you wish.
3. THE KIT
Order our standard set boxes either with or without a steamer depending on your need.
Opt for either our biodegradable steamer, or our bamboo steamer, or just the dim sum, so you have everything you need to make the perfect dim sum feast.
.4. DING DONG!
We'll deliver your dim sum box on a day you nominate. If you're not in we'll leave it on your doorstep or in a safe place and our packaging will keep it frozen until you get home that evening, just make sure to get your dim sum in the freezer until you're ready to eat it as soon as you can.
.5. STACK IT - STEAM IT - EAT IT

THE STEAMER
.Not everyone has a lovely bamboo steamer in their kitchen, or the space even if they did want one! So we've developed a biodegradable steamer for use with our set boxes, to make it extra easy for dim sum newbies. If you don't need it, then just choose the option without a steamer instead.

For the more seasoned dim sum aficionados, who know that they'll be tucking into dim sum every week...grab yourself a Ding Dong Dim Sum Bamboo steamer, complete with the Ding Dong Hungry Dumpling logo.
WHAT'S IN THE BOX?
.Everything you need for an easy dim sum feast at home. We’ve done the hard part for all you Hungry Dumplings out there and put together a box of dumplings, gyoza, sui mai, bao buns, sticky rice, Slaw Tang and dips to fill those bellies of yours. And don't forget that steamer!!.
FROZEN
.Frozen is definitely the winner for some things - ice cream, peas, fish fingers and as it turns out, dim sum! The low temperature locks in quality, it helps reduce food wastage and it allows our Hungry Dumplings to stock up and keep some dim sum for a rainy day. No need to defrost, you can steam these babies straight from frozen. .
DELIVERY
.We deliver to pretty much all of the UK and delivery days are Wednesdays - Saturdays. But luckily for you guys, your dim sum is easily stored in the freezer until you’re ready to tuck in…on any day of the week!
Unfortunately, we don't deliver to every corner of the UK, although we do our best! Pop your postcode in at checkout to see whether your area is covered by our courier DPD.
Delivery of your lovely dumplings will be between 8am-8pm on your chosen day, you'll even get a two hour window for when it will arrive. If you’re not in we’ll leave it on the doorstep or in a safe place. Our packaging will keep it nice and cold inside but try to get your dim sum into the freezer asap..
PACKAGING
.No polystyrene here! The planet is important to us and so we’ve taken extra care in choosing all our packaging to ensure it’s either recyclable or biodegradable wherever possible. You can find a full list of which compartment of your bin to pop stuff in…here.
